MEET OUR TRAINERS
Andy De La Rosa is a fitness professional and owner of Andy’s Total Fitness in Tubac.
Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Andy has extensive hands-on experience working with beginners, older adults, post-rehabilitation clients, and individuals focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall quality of life. He is especially attentive to corrective exercise, joint health, and functional strength.
"My training philosophy emphasizes proper movement, individualized programming, injury awareness, and long-term consistency over quick fixes," Andy says.
Andy’s mission focuses on a simple belief: fitness should be accessible, supportive, and empowering at every stage of life. .
Aatein Tora Steinhardt is a trainer certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), with additional certifications in pre- and post-natal training, strength and conditioning, and corrective exercise.
With a lifelong passion for health and fitness, Aatein is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term well-being. She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are in their fitness journey working with them collaboratively to achieve their health and fitness goals.
“I believe progress begins with small, consistent steps,” she says, “because doing something is always better than doing nothing.”
Through intentional, strength-focused training, Aatein helps individuals experience the truly transformative power of movement.
A Tubac resident and regular at Andy’s Total Fitness, W Robert Padgett earned his Personal Training Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is currently qualifying for certification in Corrective Exercise Specialization and Nutrition.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Robert is dedicated to providing clients with expert training with a friendly and encouraging attitude.
“Exercise should be both challenging and fun,” he says. “I strive everyday to provide a friendly environment for clients to enjoy themselves and achieve their fitness goals.”
Robert has always made health and fitness a priority. He has competed in 10k runs and triathlons, including an Ironman, as well as in other strength and endurance events.
